Each member of staff is responsible for quality, safety and environmental protection. Managers are required to set an example and motivate staff by exemplary behaviour and open communication. Employee motivation for us means giving each member of staff the feeling that their work is important and valued.

Employee orientation

Only satisfied and motivated employees can produce top performance. This is why we want to give our staff the best working conditions. Everyone in the company contributes to implementation of and compliance with our quality, safety and environmental policy.  This is why our staff receive regular training on quality, environmental protection and safety at work.

Continuous improvement

Our business success is the result of continuous improvement of our products, services and internal processes. Quality is the decisive criterion for the daily work of each member of staff. Our internal suggestion process has proved to be an important instrument for our permanent internal optimisation process.

Time

Time is a limited resource. Acting in a timely manner for us means primarily: absolute adherence to delivery times, immediate response to customers’ needs and reliable answers to internal and external questions.

Avoiding errors

Our dogma is: recognise potential errors early and remove them before they become actual errors. Preventing errors has absolute priority over resolving errors.

Public authorities and the public

We want to establish collaboration with public authorities and the public based on trust. The basis for such lies in our own commitment to comply with all regulations and to conduct open communication.
